FAQ: Events & Catering

Do you deliver off site orders and is there a delivery fee?
Off site orders for delivery and catering will be arranged per event with your catering manager. 

Do you create custom menus for catering?
Yes! Please fill out our Catering form to get started.

What if our guest count changes?
A final guest count is required by 12:00PM two business days prior to your event. 

Ummm, what if I have vegetarians, vegans, or allergy specific guests?
No problem, we can go over our available options and any upcharges that apply to accomodate your guests.

What if we need utensils, flatware, napkins, or glasses for off site orders?
We can include any service flatware or buffet utensils on request. Our buffet platters and serving utensils are included.

How do we pay?
You will receive your invoice and payment instructions once we've established your event details.

Why am I paying extra for on site catering versus off site catering?

Everything we need to execute your event in our space: servers and bartenders, event manager, platters, glassware, utensils, staffing fees, pre-event set up, post event breakdown, etc... 

Do I pay a deposit? 
A deposit of 25% is required upon completion of catering contract.

What if I'm bringing my own alcohol?
Outside wine and/or beer are permitted with added corkage fee.

If our event starts at 5pm, how long do you require for setup/cleanup?
We generally require at least 2 hours for event set up and up to 2 hours for event cleanup.

Do you include rentals, tables, and equipment?
Currently we provide custom farm tables, chairs, audio hookup, and catering items. 

Is our catering staff included (servers, bartenders, event coordinators)?
We will include any staff necessary, to be determined with your catering manager pending your event's needs.

What if we need additional rentals or equipment?
Any requirements not listed can be discussed with your event manager but we cannot guarantee any additional requests or alterations to the space. 

We have a corporate luncheon or event, can we call last minute?
Pending your event, we can likely accommodate orders with at least 48 hours notice, just give us a call! 

Something came up and we need to cancel, do we still get charged?
Events cancelled less than (2) business days prior to your event shall forfeit their deposit in its entirety.
